This is a hotel go-to for Kingston! We think it's a useful base for staying in Kingston. Superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff, they know their business. The location is unbeatable, close to everything. It's short walk to coffee shop, a tavern that's good- excellent service and friendly locals, and downtown.

It was inexpensive but did what I needed
I think one thing that could be improved is to provide hand soap in the bathrooms.

The room here had a large bathroom and the bed was really comfortable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Residence is easy to access by car; parking is free and near the entrance. Very quiet. Costs slightly more than other residence stays, but you get your own bathroom.
The vending machine should have some 'real food' choices. The room needs a fan; it was 'clammy'...too cold with the air conditioning on low but damp inside with the window open. Ask for another blanket and pillow, (which they will happily provide).

A huge variety of options for breakfast including yogurt and fruit. Neat and functional room with huge bathroom. Peaceful and magnificent location - just next door to the river and `` downtown '' Kingston.

Great location right by Lake Ontario 🌊. It's just a mile away from Canada's Penitentiary Museum, so there's plenty to explore nearby.

Near City Hall and Queen's University. Quiet and comfort. Price is reasonable.
Bed is a little bit sharrow.

For the rate - very clean room and free WiFi, free parking. Probably will be good for business travelers.
Bad location for tourism, poor service (room wasn't cleaned for 4 days I stayed there), very generic design, no amenities - about 15 minutes walk to the closest place to have breakfast. It is and it feels like staying in a student residence, so it is what it is advertised.
